Our flagship church management platform is engineered specifically for United Methodist administrative workflows, Charge Conference reporting, and connectional ministries. Our pricing model is straightforward: your rate is based strictly on your average weekly worship attendance.

Every tier includes complete access to all modules and features. If you need robust worship planning, it’s ready on day one. If you aren’t ready to use our deep Pastoral Care tools, they will be waiting for you whenever you need them. We see Epworth CMS not just as a product, but as a ministry to those who minister to the people called Methodists.

Data Migration & Implementation

Depending on your congregation’s needs, there may be an initial onboarding cost if you require data imported from a legacy system:

• Standard Migrations (Free): For churches transitioning from common systems with clean, well-formatted records, we provide data import services at no additional charge.
• Custom Migrations (Quoted by Scope): If your historical records are corrupted, unindexed, or require manual formatting and cleaning, we will collaborate with you to keep custom data-remediation costs as low as possible.

Transparent Pricing Guarantee

To keep our baseline subscription rates low for small and rural charges, we may introduce separate usage-based pricing tiers in the future for resource-heavy operations (such as high-volume bulk email marketing campaigns). For now, your core subscription remains simple, comprehensive, and fair.

District and conference-wide reporting and tools are available

If your district or conference wishes to provide EpworthCMS to some or all of your charges, or if you want visiblilty into your district’s performance, we already make that happen . Please see our district offerings.
